“Some quit due to slow progress. Never grasping the fact that slow progress is progress.” ~Jeff Olson

While I’m supposed to be teaching, I’m also working on my own progress as well. Today >> compared to 2 weeks ago.

Often times we get frustrated with ourselves because we want to be better, faster, skinnier, stronger, etc. It’s good to want to be all those things. But we can’t let the slowness of our progress bring us down.

We must celebrate the small achievements along the path of becoming the best version of ourselves.

Don’t quit. Don’t give up. Take a step each day, even if it’s backwards. But keep pressing to be better!
