I started my energy healing journey in November 2019. I was seeking ways to calm the nervous energy inside me. Reiki was my first formal introduction to energy healing, though I realized very quickly is was something I was already doing, just without all the formality. My path opened up an opportunity to mentor under a shamanic healer. And then back to Reiki to complete my Master Teacher training in 2021. While I learned these skills to heal myself, I am honored to offer this form of healing to others.
