At the end of awful relationship that was killing my spirit, I started to discover who I REALLY was. My badass adventure started at this very crossroad. If I have learned anything along the way it is this: If you're not living outside of your comfort zone, you're not really living.

  • My last full moon paddle of the season is around the corner. This one has a fun witchy theme. There will be a moon meditation on the water, followed by a lake-side fire ceremony. Get out your witch costume and come paddle with me! Link to register in bio.

  • Jumped out of my comfort zone and showed up for a new meetup. Took the cryo plunge, a red light therapy treatment and compression therapy. I feel amazing!! Go check this place out!   • I am tired of seeing this post… here is my “it’s fall” post. Take some self defense classes. Arm yourself. Stand tall. Make eye contact and smile. Trust your intuition ALWAYS! Don’t be a victim, be empowered. Also, to the MEN, step up and be protective, not creepy. Make eye contact, say hello, and smile, and be watchful of the surroundings and point out any possible threats to a distracted woman. Don’t live fearfully, live empowered!
