Pole dancing is the absolute best workout I’ve ever done! I have taught private and group pole fitness classes for over 5 years. I primarily focus on beginner through intermediate level move, tricks, and combos. I teach from a fitness perspective, with elements of sensual dance intertwined, so you are sure to get a good full-body workout, with a focus in developing upper body and core strength in a 75-minute workout.

Sessions are customized to deliver to the needs and desires of the client to help attain desired goals.

Safety and Liability

I have a liability waiver that will need to be signed prior to the start of your lesson. Please be advised that if you under the influence of any drugs or alcohol I hold the right to suspend the lesson. I teach with an extra focus on technique and safety and will spot clients when attempting new moves. I will not teach or push beyond anyone’s capability, so if you have certain goals, we will work to progressively get to where those can be achieved, but I will not teach beyond what I think you are capable of safely reaching.

My Fees

I charge $65 for 75-minute (1.25 hours) focused session. This includes times to stretch and warm up before and cool down afterwards.
