  • “Mom, you got a flag?” Me: “yeah, but … it’s not in the best shape” “Well, it’s prolly what, almost 30 years old?” Yeah, it’s gotta be at least as old as he is, (and #58 was still playing the game). LET’S GO CHIEFS!
  • I thought today was supposed to be rainy and cold - a hibernating kinda day. Turned out to be a pole, skate, drive topless, take the dog for a long walk kinda day!!
  • It’s wild… how hard I have to think about each movement getting into some moves… compared to the moments when muscle memory takes over and I transition thru three moves without any thought at all.
  • I am a full-blown experience.
  • Finally got to take a class with @stellapolestar Here’s some teasers. So far best workout this week. I know it doesn’t look like Mitch…. But I feel like one overcooked noodle. 🍝
